Today dionaea 0.4.0 has been released with a new config format.
In this release a new config format has been introduced. You can find additional information in the blog post 'dionaeas new config format'. We have also added build tests for Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 16.04 and Debian 8.

Plans for the near future
For the next release we will try to implement a Shellshock decoder, improve the MySQL support, do some minor improvements and fix bugs.
We also have plans to add support for additional services like memcached and http proxies like squid.
